FurTruth Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.

For safety and quality reasons, opened pet treats and supplements cannot be returned unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To request a return, contact us at barajas064000@gmail.com and include your order number and reason for the return. Please do not mail a product back before receiving return instructions from us.

FurTruth will provide a prepaid return shipping label for approved returns. Original express shipping charges are non-refundable

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photographs of the product and shipping package. After reviewing the issue, we may provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned product is received and inspected. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, but an eligible unopened product may be returned under this policy.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights provided by applicable law.
