FurTruth Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and tracking information once your order ships.

United States Shipping

Standard Shipping: $6.99 for orders under $70. Orders of $70 or more qualify for free standards shipping.
Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after processing

Express Shipping: $15
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after processing

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier interruptions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may cause delays.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Address Changes

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Packages

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photographs of the product and shipping package so we can review the issue.

FurTruth is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier or orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address. We will assist customers with submitting a carrier claim whenever possible.
